Job summary

Gilmours Manukau is seeking a dedicated Class 2 Driver for full-time work, Monday to Friday with a rotational Saturday shift. You will manage your own runs across the region, delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products while upholding the brand’s commitment to service and safety.

The role requires a valid Class 2 Licence with 2–3 years of delivery experience, in a busy environment. You will use Microlise for manifests, invoicing, and delivery proof, and pass a criminal background check as

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and customer service mindset.
• Criminal background check required (MoJ overview).

Responsibilities

• Manage own runs across the region and deliver ambient, chilled, and frozen products.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time while maintaining brand standards.
• Use Microlise for manifests, invoicing, and photo evidence of deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues as part of asset care.

Are you a professional driver who takes pride in your vehicle, yourservice, and your reputation on the road? Gilmours Manukau is looking for adedicated Class 2 Driver to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday with a rotational Saturday shift.

As a Driver, you are more than just a delivery person—you are a vitalbrand ambassador. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receivetheir orders accurately and on time while building the strong relationshipsthat keep our business moving.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, autonomous role where no two days are the same.You will manage your own runs across the region, delivering a range of ambient,chilled, and frozen products to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• OperationalExcellence: Complete daily scheduled calls using efficient routemanagement and precise carton counts.
• Tech-ForwardDelivery: Use the Microlise (POD) system for manifests, invoicing, andphoto evidence of deliveries.
• Cold ChainIntegrity: Maintain the highest food safety standards by monitoringand recording temperatures from start to finish.
• Asset Care:Take ownership of your vehicle and equipment (trolleys, jacks, temp guns),ensuring the truck is returned clean and fueled.
• CustomerAmbassadorship: Resolve inquiries on-site and act as a professionalrepresentative of the Gilmours brand.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed &Experienced: You must hold a valid Class 2 License with 2-3 years ofdelivery experience.
• Physically Fit: This is a hands-on role involving manual handling (we'll provide the 'Back2 Good' warm-up training!).
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage inventory (including our '1-in-1-out' keg returnprocess) and accurate invoicing.
• GreatCommunicator: A good command of English and a customer-servicemindset.
• Flexible: Ateam player who is happy to work autonomously across any day of the week.
