Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 2 driver licence and confidence driving manual vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Tauranga and Bay of Plenty is preferred.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and detail-focused with a team mindset.
• Clean driving and criminal records.
• Previous NZ driving and delivery experience.
• Basic knowledge of food products and ingredients.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 2 delivery trucks to transport goods.
• Load and unload products and transport securely.
• Deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Service Foods brand.
• Comply with road safety, transport, and traffic regulations.
• Report vehicle faults and refuel/maintain vehicles as needed.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, coolant, tyres, WOF).
• Wash/clean vehicles as required.
• Assist with picking and packing orders when required.
