Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Structure and Rails team in New Zealand. You will support project delivery, lead project teams, and ensure site work aligns with drawings, specs and quality standards.

We value five years post-study NZ civil construction experience, particularly in structures, rail and urban infrastructure, and a strong track record delivering civils projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5 years post-study NZ civil construction experience, structures/rail/urban infrastructure
• Proven ability to deliver civils projects on time and within budget
• Strong project management across safety, contracts, financial management, programming and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Formal qualification preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Delivery – assisting in planning and delivery of projects
• Leading Project Teams – providing leadership to ensure smooth project execution
• Technical Oversight – site work aligns with drawings, specifications and quality standards
