VINCI Construction’s HEB Construction team in Tauranga is delivering a major roading project as part of the Fifteenth Avenue to Welcome Bay program. The role offers leadership across safety, programme, quality and commercial performance to drive exceptional outcomes.

You will lead project teams, manage risks, and embed a Zero Harm culture while building strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of world-class infrastructure for Tauranga's

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects over $100,000,000.
• Experience leading construction teams on complex, high-value programmes.
• Strong project delivery focus across safety, programme, cost and quality.
• Ability to inspire teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with Open, Real, Together, Care, Deliver.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership across construction delivery on the project.
