Job summary

The Warehouse Group is hiring fixed-term Christmas Team Members for Whakatāne to support customers on the shopfloor and at checkouts during the peak Christmas period.

Start dates range from mid-September to mid-November, with roles running until around mid-January. You’ll help customers find gifts, keep displays neat, and assist with nightfill to ensure shelves are fully stocked. Retail experience is not essential, but a positive attitude is key.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable and flexible to varied start dates and shifts.
