The Warehouse Group is seeking Christmas Team Members for fixed-term work in Masterton. You will help customers on shop floors and at checkouts, contributing to a joyful and efficient shopping experience during peak season.

Start dates range from September to November, with roles finishing around mid‑January. Prior retail experience is helpful, but attitude matters most. Applicants must have current right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work during peak December period.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor to find products and create a great shopping experience.
• Handle checkout duties and bag purchases with care.
• Keep displays tidy and fully stocked, especially during busy periods.
• Support Nightfill teams to ensure shelves are well stocked.
