Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Rangiora is seeking fixed-term Christmas Team Members to join our busiest season. You'll help customers on the shopfloor or at checkouts, creating a friendly and efficient shopping experience for every visitor.

Start dates vary from mid-September through to mid-November, with roles running until around mid-January. Retail experience is helpful but not essential—bring a positive, can-do attitude and reliability, and we’ll provide training, support, and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive can-do attitude and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay busy during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and at checkouts to create a positive Christmas shopping experience.
• Keep displays tidy and well-stocked, support Nightfill when needed.
• Engage customers, help locate items, and complete transactions with care.
