Glendowie School in Auckland’s Eastern Suburbs is seeking a Certificated teacher to teach Mandarin language and Chinese culture across all year levels (Years 1-8). The full-time role may allow part-time options; NZ-trained or NZ-registered teachers preferred, with Mandarin fluency advantageous.

We require a Chinese (Mandarin) Language Teacher to teach Mandarin language and Chinese culture throughout all year levels at Glendowie School, starting 2027 or earlier by negotiation.

The position is full time but there may be a possibility of part-time work to suit the ideal candidate. The position is best suited to a NZ trained teacher, or a teacher with NZ registration, preferably fluent in Mandarin.
