Job summary

Big Chill Distribution is seeking a 3PL Pick & Packer for a fixed-term assignment at Ruakura, Hamilton. You will join our team to handle picking, packing, and stock checks in a chilled/frozen environment, supporting busy period demand.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, successful applicants will complete health and safety checks and pass pre-employment screening. Prior warehousing experience in cold conditions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Experience working in chilled temperatures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of customer orders.
• Checking accuracy of orders.
• Counting inventory for cycle counts.
