Job summary

Big Chill Distribution in Hamilton (Ruakura) is seeking a fixed term Pick & Packer to support our busy season in a chilled warehousing environment. You will pick and pack customer orders and ensure accuracy across daily shifts.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ending on 18 December 2026. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Drug tests and background checks apply before start.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Experience working in chilled temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fit for manual work, with some Warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• The picking and packing of our customers’ orders.
• Checking accuracy of our customers’ orders.
• Counting inventory for cycle counts.
• Adherence to our Health and Safety standards and policies.
