Job summary

Pinnacle Incorporated in Hamilton is seeking a programme support for child health to assist immunisation outreach and B4SC services, while engaging with tamariki and whānau in community settings. The role focuses on whānau-centred care and accurate records management.

You will work with immunisation outreach nurses, support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate service administration, and help ensure equitable health outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate is required.
• Minimum two years in customer service, preferably in health or social services.
• Experience with databases and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with whānau and communities in health settings.
• Commitment to Tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme support to ensure day‑to‑day operation of child health services.
• Maintain accurate records and support communications and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate service administration and contribute to efficient delivery of programmes.
• Engage with tamariki and whānau in community settings.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and community partners to improve engagement.
