Qualifications

• Significant digital, data, technology, or transformation experience in a complex environment.
• Ability to connect technology strategy to practical business outcomes that improve farm performance.
• Experience in agriculture, the primary sector, or AgriTech is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with trusted relationships at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, data, technology and transformation across Pāmu's farming business.
• Focus on lifting farm performance, improving decision making, and sustainability.
• Build and guide technology and transformation teams; drive automation and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEO and Leadership Team; engage partners and industry initiatives like LIFT.
