We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology & Digital Officer (CTDO) to join our leadership team and shape the next chapter of Ngāti Hine Health Trust's digital journey.
This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership, digital innovation and kaupapa-driven impact. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for whānau and strengthening the future capability of one of Te Tai Tokerau's most significant kaupapa Māori organisations.
Reporting directly to the Director Enabling & Corporate Services, you will lead the Trust's technology, digital, data, cybersecurity, AI and innovation strategy and transform initiatives.
Working across our health, social and community services, you will help create a connected, future-focused organisation capable of delivering better outcomes for whānau through trusted information, modern technology and evidence-based decision making.
Key focus areas include:
You are a strategic leader who understands that technology is ultimately about people.
You are equally comfortable discussing organisational strategy with the Executive Leadership Team & Board as you are engaging with operational leaders and kaimahi to understand the realities of service delivery on the ground.
You bring:
Previous experience within healthcare, social services, public sector, iwi organisations or kaupapa Māori environments will be highly regarded.
