Job summary

Air New Zealand Limited is seeking a General Manager Supply Chain (Delivery Unit Lead) to shape an integrated supply chain ensuring materials, tooling, GSE and inflight supplies are available for safe, reliable operations while minimising total lifecycle cost.

Senior leadership experience in regulated environments.
Extensive aviation or asset-intensive supply chain experience.
Proven track record in operational transformation.
Experience with AI, analytics and digital forecasting.
Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for the Supply Chain Delivery Unit.
Lead and develop high performing teams across a complex operational environment.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to strengthen planning and resilience.
Ensure availability of materials, tooling, GSE and inflight supplies.
Build trusted partnerships with suppliers and unions to support change.
Lead successful delivery of aircraft programmes and fleet upgrades.
Champion ethical and compliant supply chain practices.
