Job summary

Cyclone Computer Company – Middleton, South Island seeks a skilled leader to drive its internal development and integration capability. You will own architecture standards, integration patterns and platform direction, governing priorities, releases, change control and delivery quality.

You will oversee reusable, well-documented integrations across key platforms and help improve stability, scalability, security and performance.

Qualifications

This role suits a technically strong, commercially aware leader with clear thinking.
Experience leading development, integration, architecture or digital platform teams.
Strong architecture, integration and platform governance knowledge.
Practical experience with APIs, REST, middleware, data flows, .NET/C#, SQL.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Azure SQL.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, monitoring and reliability.
Strong planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

Lead Cyclone’s internal development and integration team, own architecture standards and platform direction.
Govern priorities, releases, change control and delivery quality; oversee reusable integrations.
Improve platform stability, scalability, security and performance.
Advise on build/buy/partner/automation/SaaS decisions while preserving internal standards.
