New Zealand Police is seeking an experienced Head of People and Capability to lead a six-month project establishing the FSENZ as an autonomous agency. You will unite existing HR teams, provide strategic direction to senior leadership, and design a cohesive people experience for our kaimahi as we navigate legislative changes and a new statutory status.

You will help map host agency working arrangements, develop employee value propositions, and produce insightful people data reporting to support

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to your direct and indirect reports
• Provide strategic people advice to the leadership team
• Collaborate with colleagues at Police to map out the host agency working arrangements and services end-to-end
• Design and implement initiatives to support the development of our own employee value proposition
• Work with colleagues across other teams to pull together our people data and turn this into insightful reporting
