We are now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer: a commercially astute, humble and values-led leader who understands the discipline, relationships and long-term stewardship required to succeed in the global fine wine market.
Reporting to the Chairman, and supported by an experienced leadership team, you will provide strategic and commercial leadership across the business. You will have direct ownership of sales and marketing, overseekey global distribution relationships, and bring a clear understanding of the commercial fine wine distribution market, including export wine sales and premium market development.
To be successful in this role, you will bring senior leadership experience within the wine industry, with particular strength in sales, marketing, brand building and commercial execution. You will understand the global fine wine landscape and have proven exposure to premium distribution networks, with export wine sales experience essential and exposure to the US market highly advantageous. You will also have demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, setting high standards, and creating the conditions for people to aspire to growth.
We are looking for a custodian: someone who respects what has been built, leads with humility, and has the judgement to evolve rather than revolutionise. At the same time, this person must have a genuine appetite for growth, the ability to galvanise a team around that ambition, and the commercial confidence to strengthen Craggy Range’s position in the world of fine wine.
