You'll maintain a clean and efficient pastry section, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure all mise-en-place is fresh and ready on time. You'll also support stock control, collaborate with the wider kitchen team, and contribute to seasonal menu development. When required, you'll step up to lead the pastry section and provide guidance and training to junior chefs and trainees.
