Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Passionate about delivering great food and consistent quality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a talented kitchen team delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Prepare and cook across multiple sections during busy services.
