EVT Group's Bloody Mary's at Rydges Latimer Christchurch is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team. This full-time role (40 hours) works closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will produce high-quality meals, maintain consistency, and champion portion control, waste management, and correct preparation techniques in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Competenze

Proven experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up in a high-quality kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and recipe execution.
Solid understanding of portion control, waste management and stock rotation.
Commitment to food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Mansioni

Produce high-quality food across all services in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
Prepare sauces, soups, hot dishes, pantry items, and specialty menu offerings with consistency and attention to detail.
Monitor portion control, food quality and storage practices to minimise waste and maintain standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in line with WH&S and food safety requirements.
Protect and maintain kitchen equipment and ensure correct handling of all stock and supplies.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Bloody Mary's, the signature restaurant at Rydges Latimer Christchurch. This is a full-time position working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You'll play a key role in producing high-quality meals, maintaining consistency across service, and championing portion control, waste control, and preparation techniques. Working in a fast-paced and professional kitchen, you'll help ensure every dish leaving the pass reflects the quality and reputation of Bloody Mary's.
