Casa, an established waterfront eatery in Ahuriri, Napier, is seeking a Chef de Partie for a permanent, full-time role with at least 30 hours weekly. You will support senior chefs, manage your section, and help mentor juniors in a lively kitchen.

This is apermanent, full-time position, with a minimum of30 hours guaranteed per weekand five rostered shifts across a seven-day period.
We’re open from11am until late, seven days a week, so flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, is important.
You’ll be working in an energetic, fast-paced and social kitchen where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be expected to be reliable, communicate well, work positively as part of a team, and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef while taking responsibility for your own section. You’ll also have the opportunity to help guide and mentor Junior Chefs and Kitchen Hands as you continue developing your leadership skills.
Ideally, you’ll have aroundtwo years’ relevant experienceor aLevel 4 or higher qualificationin a relevant field.
But experience and qualifications aren’t everything. We’re much more interested in finding someone with theright attitude— someone who is motivated, curious and takes pride in doing things well.
