• Supporting smooth daily operations across all areas of food preparation and service.
• Following recipes, presentation standards and portion control procedures.
• Assisting with menu preparation and contributing to food quality improvements.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Working efficiently with kitchen staff during high-volume service periods.
• Organising ingredients, stock and preparation tasks to support service requirements.
• Ensuring consistency in taste, quality and presentation of all dishes.
