Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ in Dunedin is seeking a reliable and motivated Checkout Supervisor to lead a busy checkout team on a part-time basis. You will guide, support and train staff, ensure smooth front-end operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key duties include supervising daily tasks, resolving customer queries, maintaining store presentation and upholding Food Safety and Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Immediate start preferred.

Job description

We are on the look-out for a responsible, friendly and highly motivated person with a great team attitude to Supervise our busy Checkout team in Part-time role. No two days will be the same! Being a Checkout Supervisor will involve leading and supporting our checkout team, ensuring smooth operations and customer excellent service at the front end. You will manage daily tasks, provide guidance to checkout operators, resolves customer queries and maintain high standards of the store presentation.
