• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escape issues when necessary.
• Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Ensure store areas clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
