Job summary

DKW Recruitment Group is seeking a Class 4 Driver for concrete delivery in Christchurch. You will operate a concrete truck, coordinate with pump trucks and on-site crews, and ensure timely deliveries to chutes, barrows and kerb machines.

Candidates must hold a current NZ Class 4 licence with Site Safe and have prior concrete driving experience. The role requires physical fitness and reliability, with strong communication and teamwork skills for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 4 licence with current validity.
• Site Safe accreditation or equivalent on-site safety training.
• Concrete driving experience required.
• Physically fit and reliable with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 4 concrete truck in Christchurch.
• Deliver to pump trucks, off the chute, into barrows, kerb mix and machines.
• Operate a Road Ranger gearbox where required.
• Use of concrete pumps and chutes.
• Liaise with contractors on-site to coordinate pours.
• Clean and wash down trucks and perform general duties as required.
