Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Napier is seeking a reliable Concrete Truck Driver to join our client-based team for ongoing work in Hawke's Bay. You will safely operate the concrete truck, perform pre-start checks, and deliver to multiple job sites while maintaining equipment and paperwork.

Applicants must hold a Class 4 New Zealand driver's license with a WTR endorsement, have good road safety knowledge, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 4 New Zealand Driver's Licence.
• WTR (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) endorsement.
• Good understanding of road safety and site protocols.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and safety-focused.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand; pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete truck to deliver and discharge concrete to various sites.
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain the vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition.
• Follow all road safety regulations and site protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of concrete to multiple job sites.
• Operate chutes and controls safely to discharge concrete.
• Assist with minor maintenance and cleaning of the truck as needed.
• Complete basic paperwork or digital delivery dockets.
