Job summary

• Lead organisational change activities for the Cybersecurity Uplift Programme and other strategic initiatives.
• Work with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure new processes and ways of working are understood and embedded.
• Develop and implement change strategies and communications to drive adoption.
