Job summary

Watercare is seeking an experienced Change Lead for a 6-month contract in central Auckland. You will lead change activities across complex initiatives, ensuring new processes and ways of working are understood, adopted, and embedded.

You will partner with project teams, business leaders, and sponsors to drive outcomes. The role requires proven change leadership for large programmes, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across levels in a dynamic environment.
