Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Change and Capability Intern based in Māngere, Auckland. You will support change initiatives and capability uplift across stores, helping to make learning and communication clearer and more effective.

You will work with a supportive People/Talent team, mentors, and fellow interns to tackle real-world business problems and drive positive impact for New Zealand communities. The program runs for 12 weeks starting in November.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Operations Management, Psychology, Business Communication, or a related field.
• Interested in change management, learning, and improving how teams adopt new ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support improvements to the internal learning repository, including structure, usability, and accessibility.
• Assist with persona and role-based mapping across change, learning, and communications.
• Help simplify learning materials to ensure consistency and ease of use for stores.
• Support store communications, including content development and feedback collection.
