Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Change and Capability Intern based in Māngere, Auckland. You will support change initiatives and capability uplift across stores, helping to make learning and communication clearer and more effective.
You will work with a supportive People/Talent team, mentors, and fellow interns to tackle real-world business problems and drive positive impact for New Zealand communities. The program runs for 12 weeks starting in November.
As a Change and Capability Intern, you’ll be part of the Wholesale team, supporting change initiatives and capability uplift across stores. This role focuses on improving how change, learning, and communication are delivered to ensure they are clear and effective.
You’re currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree in HR, Management, Operations Management, Psychology, Business Communication, or a related field. You’re interested in change management, communication, and improving how teams adopt new ways of working.
You’ll have a curiosity to learn, a knack for problem solving and be ready to get stuck in to making a positive impact on New Zealand communities. You’ll ideally be interested in one of the above areas listed and in our application form, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preferred roles (you don’t necessarily need to be studying something that is aligned).
