Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, based in Dunedin, is recruiting a Cervical Screening Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in the community. The role requires autonomous practice within the NZ Nursing Council framework and a strong focus on whānau wellbeing.

Permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE) position with opportunities to work collaboratively across nursing, medical and allied health teams. Applicants should hold current NZ RN registration and smear taker capability.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• At least one year of post-registration nursing experience and a relevant graduate qualification.
• Current smear taker competency and the ability to assess, triage and provide nursing interventions.
