Jora New Zealand is seeking a Certified Competenz WorkSafe Trainer with Unit Standards to deliver high-quality theory and practical assessment training. The role is based in Waiuku, Auckland, and involves both in-house and on-site sessions, with a permanent, part-time arrangement.

Some Saturdays and events may be required. You will bring genuine industry knowledge, confidence in teaching, and a person-centered approach to help learners succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently present theory and practical assessment training.
• Genuine industry knowledge and practical experience for courses.
• Provide a personal training experience and build relationships with team and clients.
• Strong focus on communication, reliability and a positive training experience.
• Recognise learner differences and provide support to help learners succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and practical assessment training to learners.
• Conduct in-house and on-site training sessions.
