The Opportunity

This is a role for a proven leader who combines strong business capability with genuine care for people and communities. While leadership experience and commercial acumen are important, cultural fit is paramount. We are looking for someone who leads with authenticity, builds trust quickly, empowers others, and is passionate about creating a positive organisational culture. • Proven stakeholder engagement experience across government, community and funding sectors.
  • Strong financial management and commercial capability.
  • Experience working effectively with Boards and governance structures.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Personally, you are:
  • Authentic, approachable and values-driven.
  • A strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
  • Collaborative, emotionally intelligent and resilient.
  • Comfortable leading change and making difficult decisions.
  • Willing to be hands-on when needed.
