Country Gate Early Learning is seeking a dynamic leader to guide our unique, nature-based early learning centre in Matangi, Waikato. You will inspire a high-performing team and foster strong relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in nature-based, outdoor or bush kindergarten education would be desirable.

Country Gate is a very unique and special place. We are an established early learning centre with a strong reputation for providing high-quality education and care in a warm, welcoming and natural environment.

Our ‘Out the Gate’ programme is an important part of who we are, giving children opportunities to connect with nature, their centre, local community and the world.

Country Gate is a 79-license centre with 3 classrooms located in Matangi, Waikato.

You will be responsible for:

While you will have the autonomy to lead the centre, you won't be doing it alone.
