Playcentre Aotearoa is seeking a Centre Coordinator for a part-time role in Canterbury. The position focuses on building adult capability, supporting sessions, and ensuring Playcentre philosophy is reflected in daily programmes.
As the Person Responsible on session, you will guide whānau, deliver high-quality, whānau-led experiences, and ensure compliance with ECE regulations. Residency or valid NZ work visa required.

Working in collaboration with centre whānau and other centre support staff, the Centre Coordinator focuses on building adult capability and confidence.
As the Person Responsible on session, this role provides high quality support and pedagogical guidance to Playcentre whānau. The Centre Coordinator ensures sessions and programmes reflect Playcentre Philosophy and enriches children’s learning and development.
