You’ll be the welcoming face of our celebrated cellar door - guiding guests through curated tastings, sharing the legacy of Tom McDonald, and showcasing wines that have earned international recognition. You’ll host multiple groups at once with ease, keep the energy high, and create experiences that visitors talk about long after they leave.
These roles offer a minimum of 15 or 26 hours per week, with hours increasing over the busy holiday period.
Weekend availability is essential, and you must be available to work required shifts across Christmas and New Year.
You’ll also have opportunities to represent Church Road at off‑site tasting events, bringing our award‑winning wines to new audiences.
Bonus points: WSET or wine education, liquor industry experience and local hospitality knowledge.
