All Drains, Auckland-based, seeks a CCTV & Flushing Operator to inspect drainage networks and support hydro flushing work. You will operate CCTV gear, identify defects, and report findings to management.
We welcome experienced CCTV operators or trainees with relevant backgrounds, offering structured training and certification support. The role is full-time, on-site from our Penrose head office with ongoing project work.

We're a growing Auckland drainage, hydro and civil company looking for a CCTV & Flushing Operator. We're open to two kinds of candidates: someone with proven CCTV operating experience ready to hit the ground running, or someone with some relevant background keen to be trained into the role. Operate tractor and push/pull CCTV equipment to inspect drainage networks
Identify defects and faults in pipe networks
Record and report findings to management accurately and on time
Operate and support hydro flushing equipment
Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance schedules
Work to Health and Safety regulations at all times
Valid NZ driving license — non-negotiable
Willing to become Confined Space and Gas Detection certified if not already (we support this for trainees)
Team player, strong communicator, comfortable writing clear reports
Detail-oriented — genuinely wants to find the root cause, not just log a fault
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of the NZ Gravity Pipe Inspection Manual (4th edition)
Existing Confined Space and Gas Detection certification
2+ years' experience as a drainage CCTV or flushing operator
Understanding of escalation processes and ability to recommend solutions, not just report problems
Pay band dependent on experience and certification level — discussed at interview
Structured training and development, including certification support for entry-level hires

Location: Head office in Penrose, plus project sites as required
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week
