Job summary

Lagardère Travel Retail NZ is seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Category Support Co-Ordinator for our Departures store at Auckland International Airport. You’ll ensure products are well-presented, stocked, and ready for international travellers while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales goals.

You’ll act as a category expert, assist with promotional launches and coaching, and help maintain stock, pricing accuracy, and store procedures in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate Excel skills, data entry and basic reporting
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience is advantageous
• Team player who delivers results

We are looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Category Support Coordinator to join our Departures store based at Auckland International Airport.
What you’ll do:
As a Category Support Co-Ordinator, you'll be the go-to expert within your department, ensuring products are beautifully presented, stocked, and ready for our international travellers. You'll combine outstanding customer service with strong commercial awareness to help drive sales, support team members, and create memorable customer experiences.
