IDEA Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities. We are New Zealand's leading provider of services in this field, offering training and flexible casual shifts across North Canterbury and Rangiora.

As a Support Worker, you’ll assist with daily routines, community activities and personal support, with training provided to help you succeed in the role. A NZ driver's license is preferred and shifts are offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliability and patience essential for supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow training and orientation.
• Full training and orientation provided to help you feel confident in the role.
