Job summary

Pentland Brands' Canterbury store in Auckland is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while keeping the store welcoming.

You will promote product knowledge, provide exceptional customer service, monitor KPI results, and help maintain store presentation. You’ll work across shifts, assist with promotions, and contribute to a team that takes pride in rugby apparel.

• Partake in higher duty responsibilities when requested.
• Work at other locations when required.
• Always Maintain professional standards to support the company values.
• Promote and support all store sales events and promotions in accordance with company direction.
