Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a DIY Brand Activator to service stores within a defined territory, calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing planograms to a high standard. You will build and maintain strong store relationships and collaborate with Projects Teams in Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You must be flexible with schedules, travel outside the area may be required, and a reliable smart device will be used for reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 with full Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit with ability to lift stock up to 16 kg.
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow OH&S guidelines at all times.
• Manage stock levels, placement, and ticketing per client requirements.
• Execute planograms and relay tasks to ensure compliance.
• Build displays and erect point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Provide accurate reporting using a personal smart device.
• Manage time effectively and work under pressure.

About The Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. You will need to have aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements
