Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual field marketing ambassador in the Oamaru area to maintain and grow store relationships. Expect approximately 2 hours per week with hours set two weeks in advance, across Farmers and The Warehouse accounts.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work autonomously in a physical, repetitive setting. The company offers a competitive hourly rate and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality relationships in stores.
• Audit compliance, stock replenishment, display builds and quality checks.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

Located within the Oamaru area you will be responsible for maintaining and building store relationships on an ongoing casual basis.

About The Role

• Approximately 2 hours per week in Oamaru and surrounds. Hours are dependent on business requirements.

Farmers

• Fortnightly - Standard Calls.

The Warehouse

• Monthly - Standard Call.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining quality relationships in stores
• Auditing, compliance, stock replenishment, display builds and quality checks.
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail and or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
