Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Brand Representative to work in stores across the Hamilton area. This casual (on-call) role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, or daytime shifts and a valid driver's license with reliable transport.

You will engage shoppers with Mondelēz brands, build compelling displays, and ensure products are well presented and always available on-shelf. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or in-store brand representation experience is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales team by being reliable and communicative.
• Create attractive product displays aligned with standards and pre-agreed locations.
• Use impactful Point of Sale to generate shopper interest.
• Ensure products are available on shelf for customers to purchase.
• Identify additional opportunities to showcase brands to shoppers.

Using your passion for our brands you will create interest and excitement for shoppers through building impactful displays and ensuring our products are presented at their best. This Casual (on call) position involves working across all PAK'nSAVE, Woolworths, and New World stores in the Hamilton area. You must be flexible enough to work early morning, evening, or daytime shifts. A full driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance are required.

How you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone
