Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Brand Representative in-store across the North Auckland area. This Casual (on call) role involves building impactful displays, ensuring products are presented at their best, and creating shopper excitement for Mondelez brands.

You will work early morning, evening, or daytime shifts with a full driver’s license and reliable transport. Join Mondelēz International to partner with sales teams, set up POS, keep shelves stocked, and grow brand presence in PAK'nSAVE,

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexible with hours and able to work early morning, evening, or daytime shifts.
• Proficient with smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales team.
• Build displays of products in line with standards and locations.
• Use impactful Point of Sale to generate shopper interest.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for purchase.
• Proactively identify additional opportunities to boost shopper engagement.

This Casual (on call) position involves working across all PAK'nSAVE, Woolworths, and New World stores in the North Auckland area. You must be flexible enough to work early morning, evening, or daytime shifts. A full driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance are required.

What you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

What you will bring

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
