Job summary

Auckland Council's Takapuna Pool and Leisure Centre is hiring casual Learn-to-Swim Team Members to teach basic swimming skills in a warm, safe environment. Training will be provided, and successful applicants will join a supportive team committed to community wellbeing.

You'll work from 3:15pm onwards, gain a formal qualification, access the facilities, and contribute to Auckland's goal of an active city. Police vetting and safety checks apply.

Qualifications

• Casual Learn to Swim Team Member role at Takapuna Pool and Leisure Centre.
• Applicants should be available from 3:15pm onwards and flexible to shifts.
• Two casual Learn to Swim Instructor roles available.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic swimming fundamentals in a fun, safe environment.
• Provide customer service and clear instruction to participants.
• Attend required training and contribute to a supportive team.
