Deliver friendly, approachable service to all event guests, organisers, and stakeholders
Monitor venue environments and take prompt action where risks or incidents arise
Conduct bag checks, security screening, and validate tickets or accreditation as required
Assist with crowd control and safe movement of people through event spaces
Manage vehicle and gate access according to established procedures
Provide clear, calm communication to resolve or de-escalate situations
Contribute positively to the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every event
Represent Red Badge Group's standards and values at all times
Hold (or be eligible to obtain) a current NZ COA (Certificate of Approval) security licence
Clean criminal conviction record
Previous experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or a similar field is an advantage
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Eligibility to work in New Zealand and a minimum age of 18 years
