About the Role

Are you looking to contribute to the community in a meaningful way?

Join our dedicated and hard-working team and help maintain our facilities, while providing a suitable environment for our tūroro(patients) and whānau (families).

You will be part of a small fast paced team that plays an essential part of maintaining Te Nīkau, Grey Hospital and Health Centre. The team provides exceptional cleaning services 365 days a year.

Salary

Starting from $28.63 per hour, Based on the Etū Multi-Employer Collective Agreement.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Completingall cleaning tasks tointernationalhealthcarestandardsthroughout the hospital in areas such as patient rooms, public areas &lavatories.
• Ensuringdailyschedules and tasksare completedwithinset timeframes
• Operatingand maintainingequipmentsafely around tūroro (patients) andwhānau (families).
• Handlingcleaning solutions in accordance with safety protocols

About you

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and flexiblecandidate who is able to bring their passion for cleaning to our facility. Thisrole will suit a candidate that is looking to help make the hospital andhygienic and safe space for our tūroro (patients) and whānau (families).

• Excellentcommunication skills, customer service and time management skills,
