Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a Casual Customer Service Banker to support Tauranga, Bayfair and Te Puke branches. You’ll be the first point of contact on the floor, engaging customers with a warm, friendly approach and a can-do attitude.

As a Casual, there are no guaranteed minimum hours. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to transactional banking, digital solutions and product enquiries while building strong local relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Banking experience not required, training provided.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner on the branch floor.
• Process customer transactional banking needs.
• Update customers' personal details and identification.
• Assist with general product and service enquiries and recommend solutions.
• Educate customers on online platforms, tools and digital solutions.
