Job summary

The Ultimate Care Group Limited – Wanaka is seeking a Kitchen Hand on a casual basis to support the Alden Elmslie facility in Wanaka. You will assist the Chef with food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment for residents.

We value hygiene, reliability, and a friendly, professional approach. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is essential as visa support cannot be provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen assistant or similar role experience.
• Strong focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Reliable, friendly, and professional.
• Ability to manage a mix of kitchen and housekeeping tasks.
• Respect for residents' cultural and personal needs.
• Food safety knowledge, hospitality experience, or first aid (desirable).
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa essential as we are unable to provide visa support for this role.
