Job summary

Alden Madison Levin is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand to support the kitchen and wider team, ensuring nutritious meals, cleanliness, and resident comfort. You will assist with food preparation and service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

The role emphasizes hygiene, reliability, and the ability to balance kitchen and housekeeping tasks in a residential aged-care setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a kitchen assistant, cleaner, or similar role.
  • Strong focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Reliable, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage a mix of kitchen and housekeeping tasks.
  • Respect for residents’ cultural and personal needs.
  • Food safety knowledge, hospitality experience, or first aid (desirable)
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa essential as we are unable to provide visa support for this role

About the role
